Q:Is the LG-A11 specifically designed for PHA? How does it handle the material's thermal sensitivity?

Absolutely. Unlike standard extruders, the LG-A11 features a specialized low-shear screw design and active cooling fans at the heating zone. This prevents premature melting and sticking at the feed throat, strictly controlling shear heat to ensure the PHA material never undergoes thermal degradation during extrusion.
Q:PHA straws are prone to internal stress and deformation during cooling. How does this machine solve that?
A:
We have upgraded the cooling system with an extra-long (6m/8m) vacuum water trough equipped with a built-in heater. This allows for precise temperature-controlled annealing and forming, gently eliminating internal stress and guaranteeing perfect dimensional stability and straightness for the straws.
Q:Since PHA has a low melting point, will the straws stick together or remain sticky before packaging?
A:
No. Right after the cooling trough, the LG-A11 integrates an advanced dual-stage air blowing system. This powerful drying system guarantees 100% moisture removal from the straw surface, completely avoiding any surface stickiness caused by PHA's low melting point before they enter the cutting and packaging phase.

T/T: 30% advance payment upon order confirmation; 70% balance paid before shipment. L/C: 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight from a reputable bank.
