We use Raycus brand laser source with a 2-year warranty. Our control system uses original BJ Jcz control cards with tracking numbers and supports Win10. We adopt genuine EZCAD software and match the highest configuration for other components.
Q:How is the payment handled?

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our official company bank account, Western Union (WU), and made in China trade insurance orders.
Q:Is the machine easy to operate for first-time users?

The EZCAD software is easy to operate. We provide manuals and guide videos. If needed, our technician can help via Teamviewer, phone, email, or other contact methods.
