SummaryThe supplier is identified as a factory in Wuhan’s Huangpi District and specializes in R&D, production, and sales of automotive engine cleaning and exhaust-treatment equipment. It reports national high-tech enterprise status, patents, complete intellectual property rights, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001:2018, and CE-related certification evidence. Its service infrastructure includes written procedures for supplier service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and complaint handling, plus overseas technical services in Australia covering debugging, training, and installation. R&D evidence includes available SDKs, new products in the past year, ODM services, and multiple customization modes. The supplier states exports to more than 20 countries and regions. However, it does not provide OEM services for popular brands and has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch. Financial information is limited to year labels without performance values, so financial credibility cannot be fully assessed.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly described as a factory and as a national high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production, and sales of automotive engine cleaning and exhaust-treatment equipment. This indicates a manufacturer with in-house technical and production positioning rather than a trading-only profile.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, and ISO45001:2018 certificates, while its SCR catalytic converter cleaner, DPF cleaner, and supporting cleaning agents are stated to have passed ISO9001 quality-system certification and European CE certification. These stated certifications support its quality, environmental, occupational-safety, and product-compliance credentials.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written procedures and records for service-capability assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaints. It offers overseas debugging, training, and equipment installation in Australia and has participated in an offline trade show, but it lacks overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, and branches; therefore, the documented service processes and technical offerings are positive, while the overseas service network is limited.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports available SDKs, new products during the past year, national patents, complete intellectual property rights, and a business focus on R&D and technological innovation. These are explicit indicators of active technical development and innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier is identified as a factory engaged in production, and it reports 30 qualified suppliers for service capability, written assessment procedures with records, and one-month average lead times in both peak and off-seasons. These details support an operating production base, although no production capacity or output volume is provided.

Customization capabilityThe supplier provides flexible customization, minor customization, full customization, customization from designs, and customization from samples, and also offers ODM services. It additionally reports available SDK support, indicating broad technical and product adaptation options.

Client casesThe supplier reports participation in the 2023 Shenzhen Frankfurt Exhibition, overseas service coverage in Australia, and exports to more than 20 countries and regions across Europe, Australia, and Asia. These statements demonstrate international market and service exposure, although no named customer references or detailed project cases are provided.
