This mini model is primarily designed for flat, sheet-like items. It is best suited for unfolded cartons, plastic bags (PE/laminated), cards, labels, and certificates of conformity. The surface of the item must be flat without significant bumps or irregularities to ensure smooth paging

Double-feeding: This is usually caused by the paging gap (the space at the reverse wheel/baffle) being too wide. Finely adjust the knob to reduce the gap until it's just thick enough for one product to pass through.

Small coding machines often use Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) technology. White lines are typically caused by a clogged or dirty printhead on the ink cartridge. Gently wipe the printhead in one direction with a lint-free cloth or a dedicated wipe. Check if you are using fast-drying ink and have left the printhead uncapped for an extended period (over 10-20 minutes), causing the ink to dry and clog. It's recommended to cap the cartridge immediately during short pauses

Please check the following three points: Sensor Sensitivity: Ensure the sensor is correctly aligned with the product, or check if its sensitivity needs adjustment (especially for transparent bags, which may require a specialized sensor). Encoder/Synchronizer: Verify that the synchronizer wheel touching the product is rotating. On some mini models, check if the small rubber band driving the encoder has fallen off or broken Settings: Make sure the "Print" function is enabled on the screen

It's very simple. As a desktop device, our design features quick-adjustment handwheels. You only need to adjust the side guide baffles to be slightly wider (1-2mm) than the product. No complex tools like wrenches are needed, and changeovers can typically be completed in 1-2 minutes
