The installation process is relatively simple. The product manual contains steps, guidelines, and wiring diagrams, and we provide videos. Some products support surface or concealed installation. If you encounter issues, our technical team provides guidance.
Q:What is the power supply requirement for the wireless switch?
A:
The receiver requires AC/DC 12-30V. The wireless transmitter uses 6V (4x 1.5V AA batteries) for the infrared model or 3V (2x 1.5V AA batteries) for the push-to-open model.
Q:How does the wireless pairing process work?
A:
Before use, the transmitter code must be learned into the receiver. Press the receiver's learning button until the light turns blue, then touch the transmitter. The receiver light will flash twice to confirm success.
