What payment terms do you accept? Is L/C available?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and PayPal (for small payments). Our regular term is 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance paid before shipment. More flexible payment terms can be negotiated for long-term cooperative clients.

Do you quote FOB or CIF? What costs are included in the quotation?

We normally quote FOB Shekou. The price covers equipment cost, standard export packaging and domestic transportation to the port, excluding international freight, insurance and import duties. We can also quote CIF or CFR to your designated port as requested.

Is there a discount for bulk orders? How long is the quotation valid?

We offer favorable discounts for large quantity orders. A regular quotation is valid for 30 days. We will inform you in advance if prices change due to raw material fluctuation. For long-term partners, we can lock the price for quarters or years.

The lead time is 7-15 working days for standard machines, and 15-30 working days for customized equipment. We will arrange production immediately after receiving your payment. Tracking number and bill of lading will be provided after shipment for you to track goods.

All products are packed with export-free solid wooden cases, shockproof foam and waterproof films, which meet international sea and air transportation standards. The package is marked with shipping mark, dimensions and weight for smooth customs clearance, effectively preventing collision, moisture and corrosion during transit.
