AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryFuzhou Wintpower Technology Co., Ltd is identified as a China-based trading company established in 2019, with three employees and operations in Fujian. The supplier reports integrated generator-set capabilities, annual production of 8,000 diesel generator sets and 8,000 spare parts, minor customization, and export activity representing 41%–50% of sales. It states that it holds ISO9001, ISO14001, and CE certifications and provides OEM services for well-known brands. However, documented service procedures, complaint-handling records, corrective and preventive action records, approved service-supplier lists, overseas facilities or agents, recent product development, ODM services, and SDK availability are absent or explicitly unavailable. Financial information is limited to years identified for financial-capacity, balance-sheet, cash-flow, and profit-index records, without assessable performance values.

CertificationsThe company description states that WINTPOWER is certified to ISO9001, ISO14001, and CE requirements. These certifications provide explicit evidence of certification holding, although the slices do not provide certificate numbers, validity periods, or scope details.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier promotes customer-focused and worldwide service principles and states that it serves customers 24 hours each day, but it has no written service procedures or records, no documented complaint-handling or corrective-action mechanism, and no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show presence. The explicit lack of documented systems is a material weakness despite the stated service commitments.

R&D capabilityThe supplier claims integrated research, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance capabilities and reports one year of total R&D-engineer experience. However, it explicitly states that it launched no new products in the past year, does not provide ODM services, and has no SDK available, indicating limited demonstrated innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual capacity of 8,000 diesel generator sets and 8,000 generator spare parts, with integrated generator-set activities and advanced production and testing equipment described. However, it is classified as a trading company and has three employees, so the supplied information supports reported production capacity but does not independently establish manufacturing depth.

Customization capabilityThe supplier offers minor customization and provides OEM services for well-known brands. It does not offer ODM services, so the evidence supports limited customization and OEM execution rather than full product-development customization.
