No---this is just for exterior corners. For inside corners, you can either just use folded paper joint tape and mud, or specially metal-reinforced paper corners made specially for this purpose.

Q:What holds the new vinyl corner to the sheet rock?

Vinyl bead is attached using a combination of spray adhesive and nails, screws, or staples. There are some adhesives specifically made for vinyl trim, but an all-purpose adhesive also works. Make sure and spray the adhesive evenly to both the bead and the wallboard, then immediately place and press along all edges. Next, use the mechanical fasteners into each leg: to help hold the vinyl in place until the adhesive sets. Make sure fasteners are installed deep enough so that there are no protrusio

U can 'mud' it in by setting the corner bead in a strip of mud that has been applied along the corner edge. (Do a dry layout prior so u can measure, cut to fit bead to proper length) I actually used a construction adhesive as I was doing an exterior application around re entry installed sliders and I was stucco-ing around frames. U can use a pneumatic or hand held staple gun also to attach to framing material.
