Q:Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are 100% factory, we warmly welcome you to pay us a visit and see our machining capabilities here in person.

Q:How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 5-10 days if the design is simple to get machined. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are very complicated in machining structure, surely, it is according to machining difficulty and quantity.

Q:Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

Yes, we could offer the sample production before moving to mass production to test its quality. It takes the little cost of CNC Programme setting-up and surface finish, we ain't making money from sample sometime we pay part of them for our customer since it's the first time to work projects together :)

Q:What are your terms of payment?

50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
