Q:What is your delivery time?

For stock order: within 10 working days after 100% payment. Single hub production order: 20-30 days after 30% deposit. Two wheel production order: 50-30 days after 30% deposit. For OEM order: 30-70 days after deposit.

Q:How do you make sure the rim effect/appearance is what I want?

For more than 10 years, we have been focusing on the design and production of forged wheels. We have our own design team, sales team and workshop. We can customize the wheel size and design for customers. We will draw a 3D design drawing according to your requirements, After you confirm the effect and data, we will arrange the processing and production.

Q:What is your payment terms?

We recommend you place an order through MIC Trade Assurance, if the supplier fails to meet the terms of the order contract (including delivery delays, quality and quantity discrepancies, or other processing issues), the risk can be minimized by guaranteeing a refund. 30% deposit will be paid by TT, and 70% of the balance will be paid according to shipping documents.
