Q:What is your delivery time?

For stock order: within 10 working days after 100% payment. Single hub production order: 20-30 days after 30% deposit. Two wheel production order: 50-30 days after 30% deposit. For OEM order: 30-70 days after deposit.

Q:How do you make sure the rim effect/appearance is what I want?

We have our own design team and workshop. We can customize the wheel size and design for customers. We will draw a 3D design drawing according to your requirements. After you confirm the effect and data, we will arrange the processing and production.

Q:What is your payment terms?

We recommend placing an order through Trade Assurance. Alternatively, 30% deposit will be paid by TT, and 70% of the balance will be paid according to shipping documents. We also accept L/C.
