We offer a two-year warranty for our customers.
Q:Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A:
Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q:What is the difference between DC MCB and AC MCB?
A:
DC MCB function is the same as AC MCB. It's difficult to interrupt and extinguish the arc in the DC circuit, so the configuration of the accessories of the same product is much higher than that of the AC model type.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept T/T, Paypal, Western union, L/C, Trade Assurance. Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.
