We offer a two-year warranty for our customers.
Q:Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A:
Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q:What is the delivery time for orders?
A:
Samples cost 3-5 days. Orders of more than 1000 pcs cost 7-15 days. General delivery is 3-15 days after confirming order.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept T/T, Paypal, Western union, L/C, and Trade Assurance. For payments <=1000USD, 100% in advance. For >=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
Q:What is the difference between your DC MCB and other suppliers?
