Yes we can. The charges for OEM service depends on the different level of customize. the process of customization is following: provide your specific requirement. our design engineer draw the design draft. you confirm the design draft. we start produce it.

Yes. Optional 2, 4 or 8 SFP interfaces are available for fiber network deployment.
Q:What is the lead time of your products?
A:
Sample order within 1~3 business days . Bulk order within 3~15 business days ( depends on order qty) ,we will test the model to insure the quality before shipping.
Q:What's the warranty?
A:
We provide 3 years warranty period for main board and 1 year for hardware , repair or replace for free within 1 year; the second year and the third year, we can repair it, but we will charge for the parts that need to change.
Q:What are the OS do your computers support?
A:
Support Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Linux ubuntu , pfsense etc. Some model is support XP, such as C1037U,Core CPU is not support XP.
