1. All of the machines will be tested successfully in the WOYO workshop before shipment. 2. We supply a 2-year warranty for all equipment. 3. We can test your pipe/tube in our equipment before place the order, to ensure our equipment is suitable for your project. 4. Our engineers will go to your factory to install and debug the equipment, they will not be back until this equipment can produce qualified products.

Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang city (1.5hours by car from Shanghai). You can fly to PVG airport. We warmly welcome your visit.

T/T or L/C, 30% as deposit, the balance should be paid before delivery but after inspection.

WOYO will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. manual book, detailed machine installation, commissioning video to help you correctly operate the machine. Technicians can be sent to your factory if necessary. Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved. Meanwhile, free training will be provided to the workers in your factory.

Yes! WOYO offers a 24-month warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults or defects. It does not cover the malfunctions or failures caused by your incorrect operations. The warranty is valid from the date of installation finish and machine normal working and is available to the original purchaser of the product only.
