Please provide your daily output, bottle type (mineral water bottles/plastic bottles/glass bottles), factory dimensions (length, width, height), and water source conditions. Our engineers will plan the production line layout based on the site conditions and recommend single machines or complete, fully automated production lines. Customized solutions are available for non-standard equipment.

Small single-machine equipment can start production with a daily output of 1-3 tons. The production cycle for standard models is 7-15 days, and for complete automated production lines, it's 25-40 days. Customized equipment will have a production schedule agreed upon in advance. Our Nantong factory has excellent logistics; we offer domestic full-truckload shipping and can handle international shipping via sea freight.

The basic equipment can switch to produce purified water, juice, and soda water by changing the filling head, piping accessories, and adjusting the control system parameters. For juice and other beverages with fruit pulp, pre-treatment sterilization and filtration equipment is required, which can be planned together in the initial stages.

All water supply and filling tanks and pipelines are made of 304/316 food-grade stainless steel. The tank interiors are mirror-polished, with no unsanitary corners, complying with food production regulations and meeting environmental impact assessment (EIA) requirements.

The entire machine is equipped with a noise-reducing motor, and the production line is fitted with a soundproof cover, ensuring that production noise meets standards. Cleaning wastewater is centrally discharged and can be combined with simple water treatment equipment. The equipment parameters at the time of manufacture are compliant, and engineers can provide EIA reference materials simultaneously.
