Our PE wax covers melting points from 105-115 degree . It delivers 30% better delayed fusion effect for PVC resin than ordinary paraffin wax, effectively preventing over-plasticization during high-speed extrusion.
Q:What is the recommended dosage for rigid PVC pipes and profiles?
A:
The standard dosage for rigid PVC pipes is 0.2-0.5 PHR, and for PVC profiles it is 0.3-0.6 PHR. It can be used directly with calcium zinc or lead salt stabilizers without extra formulation adjustment.
Q:Can this PE wax be used in color masterbatch and hot melt adhesive production?
A:
Absolutely. Its uniform molecular weight distribution significantly improves pigment dispersion in masterbatch, and it also enhances the heat resistance and non-stick performance of hot melt adhesives.
Q:Will it cause incompatibility problems with other common PVC additives?
A:
It has excellent compatibility with all conventional PVC additives including stabilizers, fillers and processing aids. No issues like uneven dispersion, surface blooming or color deviation will occur.
Q:What is your MOQ, and can it be mixed with other PVC additives for LCL shipment?
A:
Regular MOQ is 1 ton. We fully support mixed loading with PVC stabilizers, DOP plasticizer and other additives in one 20ft container to help you reduce international logistics costs.
