Medium-Long Chain 52# Chlorinated Paraffin for Plastics, Rubber

Our product is completely free of C10-C13 short-chain chlorinated paraffins, with chlorine content stably controlled at 50-52%. It passes SGS SCCP special test, avoids the common issues of regular products such as high-temperature precipitation and EU customs clearance rejection, and fully meets global environmental compliance requirements.

Its thermal decomposition temperature is 120 degree min, and the thermal stability index of premium grade is max 0.10%. The acidic precipitation amount after 4 hours at 175degree is far below national standard limits. It will not cause acid value surge, copper core corrosion or insulation performance degradation under 70-90degree long-term operation of cable materials.

When added at 5-8 phr, it acts as a secondary plasticizer to replace part of primary plasticizers, cutting formulation cost and improving the wear resistance of flooring by 15%. When added at 10-15 phr, its flame retardant effect is significantly enhanced, helping finished products easily reach UL94 V-0 rating with a small amount of main flame retardant.

This medium-long chain grade has passed the special test for harmful substance limits of synthetic material surface layers for school sports venues. It is fully compliant with REACH and RoHS regulations, and completely suitable for high-scenario applications such as plastic runway plasticizers and children-contact PVC products.

Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse away from high temperature and direct strong light. The shelf life of sealed 250kg iron drums is 12 months. Re-inspection according to national standard indicators is allowed after expiration, and the product can still be used normally if qualified.
