AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryQuanzhou Wutongcrafts Co., Ltd. is identified as a China-based manufacturer/factory in Fujian, while another record describes it as a trading company engaged in handicraft sales and import/export. It offers broad customization and ODM services and has OEM experience with well-known brands, but reports no new products in the past year and no available SDK. Production information lists substantial output for bobble heads, fridge magnets, and garden statues, with lead times of one month in both peak and off-peak seasons. Quality-control documentation is weak: fewer than five quality-control staff, no testing equipment, and no written procedures for corrective actions, complaints, or supplier assessment. The supplier has exported for 10 years and serves multiple global regions. No certification information, verified financial results, or documented after-sales procedures are provided. Overseas warehousing, showroom, and inventory services are unavailable.

After-Sales capabilityNo explicit after-sales service capability is documented. The supplier has no written customer-complaint procedures or corrective/preventive-action records, and it does not provide overseas warehouses, showrooms, or inventory services.

Production capacityProduction data lists annual outputs of 10,000,000 bobble heads, 10,000,000 fridge magnets, and 2,500,000 garden statues, with one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak periods. However, fewer than five quality-control staff, zero quality-control testing equipment, and no inventory capacity indicate operational-control limitations.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also provides ODM services. It additionally reports OEM service for well-known brands, providing direct evidence of broad customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier reports OEM service for well-known brands, exports to South America, Eastern Europe, North America, Oceania, Western Europe, and Africa, and has 10 years of export experience. No specific customer names, project details, or independently verifiable case descriptions are provided.
