Please provide the paper type, grammage, width, resin type, required line speed or output, local voltage, heating source, and installation country.
Q:What types of paper can this impregnation line process?
A:
It is designed for melamine decorative, overlay and balance paper, as well as phenolic kraft paper for LPL, HPL, flooring and plywood lamination.
Q:What raw paper specifications are supported?
A:
The standard line processes raw paper from 40 to 250 g/m2 with a width of 900 to 1400 mm. The maximum roller width is 1500 mm. Other requirements can be confirmed before quotation.
Q:What is the working speed and production capacity?
A:
The reference working speed for melamine paper is 15-18 m/min. Actual output depends on paper, resin formulation, coating amount, drying temperature and operating conditions.
Q:What utilities are required for installation?
A:
The reference configuration uses 380V/50Hz three-phase power, about 125 kW installed power, thermal-oil heating, compressed air and cooling water. Please confirm local utilities before final design.
