Is overcharging the battery harmful?

Yes, overcharging can cause the battery to swell and significantly reduce its lifetime, especially if using poor quality or unmatched chargers.

When is the best time to recharge the battery?

The best time is when the display shows 'L' (low) or is close to it.

Can I replace only one or two battery cells instead of the full set?

No, if one or two cells break down, the full set of batteries (4, 5, or 6 pcs) must be replaced together.

Should the charger be kept inside the e-scooter during transport?

No, it is not suggested. Vibration on rough roads can damage the charger components, affecting charging performance or damaging the battery.
