Q:What is the safety advantage of tempered laminated glass for swimming pool balustrade?
A:
When broken, all glass fragments stick tightly to PVB/SGP interlayer film without sharp pieces falling off. It meets EN12543 safety standard, completely prevent falling injury for pool, balcony and stair railing.
Q:What interlayer film options do you provide? What is the difference between PVB and SGP?
A:
We supply 0.76/1.14/1.52mm PVB film and high tensile SGP film. PVB is cost-effective for residential balustrade; SGP has 5x higher strength, suitable for high-rise curtain wall and large-span architectural projects.
Q:Can you produce curved tempered laminated glass? What is the customizable bending radius?
A:
Yes, we support integrated curved processing. Custom bending radius ranges from 300mm to 6000mm. All curved edges are fully polished rounded to avoid scratch risk for hand touch.
Q:Will the laminated layer delaminate or fog after long outdoor use?
A:
We adopt autoclave high-pressure lamination and double-channel sealing with molecular sieve desiccant. We provide 10-year warranty against interlayer delamination & internal fogging, anti-UV material ensures no yellowing for decades outdoor
Q:Can you do HST heat soak treatment to reduce glass self-explosion?
A:
Optional HST homogenization treatment is available. After processing, the self-explosion rate is controlled below 0.1%, largely cut maintenance cost for large commercial and villa projects.
