No MOQ if we have stock, 1 piece is available for us.
Q:How to choose colors and how many colors can be accepted? Are there different pile heights/textures available?

Normally, we use the Pantone color code, and max 12 colors for one design. If you have your pattern carpet tiles, we support customization.
Q:Can we do a new sample? And cost?- Sample cost be refunded?
A:
The sample is suitable for us. Normally 50usd for one small piece, the customer affords the courier cost.- Sample cost can be refunded after a bulk order.
Q:Is there any discount for bulk orders?

More quantity, more discount. Please double-check with our sales representative before ordering.
Q:What's the delivery time for sample and bulk orders?
