Q:Are you a factory?

Yes, we are a factory located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. We have about 60 workers and 24 years of experience in water treatment and filling machinery.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
We provide a two-year warranty for large equipment (e.g., hydraulic homogenizers) and one year for small filling machines. Free wearing parts are provided within the warranty period (excluding delivery fees).
Q:How is installation handled?
A:
Our engineers can be sent to your country. However, the customer is responsible for air tickets and accommodation during the trip.
Q:What if we encounter a problem with the machine?
A:
Send us pictures or videos of the issue. For small machines, we provide solutions via video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
Q:How do you control quality and delivery?
A:
All machines are tested before packaging. We use strong wooden packing to ensure safety during long-distance delivery.
