For OEM/customized item, new moulds are needed for producing. Normally USD100 for a design, for buckle that depends on design and size. But set up fee can be refunded once total orders' qty can meet within one year.

Q:Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the orders?

Yes, of course. We will charge mould cost and send pre-production samples (freight collected) for your approval& testing. The orders will be start once get your confirmation.
