We offer long-life warranty. At any time, if it belongs to a manufacture problem, we will compensate one on one. If a quality issue is verified to be caused by our production process, we will provide full compensation as per the contract, along with free replacement, return, or technical rectification. What we offer to the market is worry-free products.

We could accept 20GP at the beginning, but in the following orders, 40HQ is much better and acceptable.

How will you protect my rights and the market if I buy your brand of tires?

One country only one sole agent is our marketing policy, we will sign a general agency agreement. So if we realized the cooperation, we will never sell our brand and tires to any other customer of the country during our cooperation in any way. At the same time, we do not permit any country's agents to engage in cross-border sales.

We operate on a 30% deposit + 70% balance model. Production begins upon receipt of the 30% deposit. The remaining 70% balance is due before releasing the BL. We support T/T, L/C, and other standard settlement methods

What are the shipping options and how are logistics responsibilities divided?

We have a large number of high-quality shipping forwarders with cooperation agreements at port of origin. Usually, our cooperation terms are FOB Qingdao. If necessary, we can provide you with a reference for the shipping costs of the port of origin and arrange the shipping matters for you (CIF/DDP negotiable). Freight, insurance, and customs clearance responsibilities will be agreed upon per the contract.
