AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryXuchang Zhenda Machinery Co., Ltd. is a China-based limited trading company established in 2017, with 12 employees and a valid import/export license. It reports extensive customization options, ODM capability, and OEM service for popular brands, while 90% of sales reportedly come from exports. However, the supplier is not identified as a professional technical supplier, does not provide 3D software design or SDKs, has only one R&D engineer, and launched no new products in the last year. Evidence of formal after-sales, complaint-handling, corrective-action, and supplier-management procedures is absent. No overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show participation is reported. Financial records are indicated for 2021–2023, but their contents and credibility cannot be assessed from the provided information. Customer and brand-service claims are present, but no named customer cases are supplied.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a limited company and is explicitly classified as a trading company. It has 12 employees, is based in Xuchang, Henan, China, and holds a valid import/export license, supporting its ability to conduct international trade rather than demonstrating an in-house manufacturing structure.

CertificationsThe provided information confirms a valid import/export license. No other certifications are identified, so the assessment is limited to this documented licensing evidence.

After-Sales capabilityThe company promises satisfactory after-sales service, but the formal assessment states that no written procedures or records exist for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, or effective customer-complaint handling. This creates a documented process deficiency despite the general service commitment.

R&D capabilityInnovation evidence is weak: the supplier is not identified as a professional technical supplier, has no SDK, employs one R&D engineer, and launched no new products in the last year. ODM and OEM capabilities are reported, but these do not establish strong current product innovation.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM service, providing direct evidence of broad customization support.
