Q:What is your warranty term?
A:
12-month warranty for the main machine from the date of shipment. Wearing parts (hoses, seals, chuck tiles, drill bits, etc.) are excluded from warranty. We supply original spare parts at factory cost after warranty.
Q:Can you provide overseas on-site commissioning service?
A:
Yes. We can send technicians for installation & commissioning.
Buyer shall be responsible for local travel, accommodation, and a round-trip air ticket.
Q:How about packing & shipping?
A:
Main machines are fixed with steel wire ropes or nylon ropes for nude packing; spare parts & tools in a fumigated plywood case. Support FCL / LCL shipment.
Q:What payment terms do you accept?
A:
T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. 100% L/C at sight is negotiable for large orders.
Q:What is delivery time?
A:
Normally 30-35 working days after receiving the deposit.
