Q:Why use 316 material instead of 304?
A:
Stainless steel 316 grade contains 10% to 14% nickel, providing very good resistance to corrosion. It is the first choice for window or door screens to ensure longevity in harsh environments.
Q:What is the tensile strength of the mesh?
A:
Xiangguang offers 316 marine grade stainless security screen with tensile strength of 1100N - 1150N (1150Mpa - 1150Mpa) and a tolerance of +/-0.01mm. The wires are very strong and do not slide.
Q:Why does powder peel off after several years?
A:
One reason is insufficient cleaning before coating; dust or oil reduces attachment. Xiangguang cleans each corner of the mesh hole thoroughly. Another reason is poor quality powder; we use top-quality powder to ensure strong attachment.
Q:What type of powder do you use?
A:
We usually use Camel and AKZO powder. This powder has strong attachment, stays bright and shiny for many years, and will not peel off or fade under the sun.
Q:What are the available sizes for the mesh?
A:
Standard sizes include 750x2000mm, 820x2000mm, 900x2000mm, 950x2000mm, 1200x2000mm, and 1500x2000mm with various lengths. Any length within 4 meters can be flexibly customized.
