Stainless steel 316 grade contains 10% to 14% nickel, providing very good resistance to corrosion. It is the first choice for window or door screens to ensure durability over many years, especially in harsh environments.
Q:What is the tensile strength of the mesh?

Xiangguang offers 316 marine grade stainless security screen with a tensile strength of 1100N - 1150N (1150Mpa - 1150Mpa) and a tolerance of +/-0.01mm. The wires are strong, do not slide, and the surface is flattened after weaving.
Q:Why does powder peel off after several years?
A:
Peeling often occurs if the mesh is not thoroughly cleaned before coating or if low-quality powder is used. Xiangguang cleans each corner of the mesh hole to ensure total cleanliness and uses top-quality Akzonobel powder to ensure strong attachment and prevent peeling or fading.
Q:What type of powder do you use?
A:
We usually use Camel and AKZO powder. This powder has strong attachment, stays bright and shiny for many years, and will not peel off or fade under the sun.
