We offer multiple anti-corrosion solutions: 1. Shot blasting (Sa2.5 grade) + primer/intermediate/topcoat paint system; 2. Hot-dip galvanizing (ideal for highly corrosive environments); We can customize the coating system based on the project's climate conditions and design service life (15 years, 25 years, etc.).

Our standard grades are Q235B and Q355B/D. We can also supply high-strength structural steel in Q420 and Q460 grades upon request. All steel materials come with original mill certificates, with full traceability to heat/batch numbers, ensuring compliant material quality.

Primary load-bearing welds comply with Class I or Class II weld standards (GB 50661), inspected via UT (ultrasonic testing) or RT (radiographic testing) non-destructive methods. Full inspection reports are issued. All our welders hold recognized qualification certificates.

For structures with complex joints or export projects, factory pre-assembly is recommended to ensure on-site installation accuracy and efficiency. Upon successful pre-assembly, dimensional acceptance records and complete photographic documentation are provided. Costs are quoted separately based on complexity.
