AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a Hangzhou-based trading company operating in bags, cases, boxes, apparel, and accessories. It reports broad customization services and has substantial export experience, with exports representing 90% of total sales and 12 years of export activity. However, it does not provide 3D software design, ODM, SDK, or famous-brand OEM services, and reported no new products in the past year. Supplier-service controls and complaint-handling processes lack written procedures or records. The supplier lists BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and SEDEX certifications, but production scale, quality staffing, and factory ownership or operating responsibility require clarification. No overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show participation is reported. Customer cases are not provided.

Supplier typeThe company is explicitly classified as a trading company in Hangzhou, with associated-company activity in wholesale and retail. Its stated products include handbags, shopping bags, cosmetic bags, sports bags, backpacks, luggage bags, and other textile products; a factory location is listed separately, but the slices do not establish that the supplier owns or operates it.

CertificationsThe supplier lists BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and SEDEX under supplier management-system certifications. The slices do not provide certificate numbers, validity dates, scopes, or verification records, so the holding is reported but its current validity cannot be independently assessed.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for effectively handling customer complaints. The same slice also reports no documented corrective and preventive action mechanism for service capability, indicating a stated weakness in formal after-sales and remediation controls.

R&D capabilityThe supplier explicitly does not provide 3D software design, ODM, or SDK services, and reports no new products during the past year. R&D engineer experience is marked not available, which further limits evidence of innovation capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, flexible customization, and minor customization. This consistent listing across two slices provides direct evidence of broad customization coverage, although it does not specify materials, minimum quantities, lead times, or technical limitations.
