DC01 Cold Rolled Steel Coil Suitable for Galvanizing and Coating Process

It is manufactured from low carbon steel strip, formed by roll shaping and high frequency welding, with a full zinc coating applied to the pipe surface in advance. The product has a round hollow cross section, good anti corrosion properties, and a smooth finish. It is widely used in guardrails, greenhouses, steel structures, and cable conduits.

Pre galvanized pipe has a thinner but uniform zinc layer, a smoother surface, and a more competitive price, making it suitable for indoor and normal outdoor applications. Hot dipped galvanized pipe, on the other hand, features a thicker zinc coating for stronger corrosion resistance and is preferred for severe humid or coastal environments.

Generally, no. The pre galvanized surface is smooth and provides adequate rust protection for direct use. If a darker color or higher anti corrosion performance is desired, additional paint can be applied over the surface.

In dry indoor conditions, it can last over 15 to 20 years. In normal outdoor environments, it typically maintains stable performance for 8 to 12 years. Actual service life depends on local humidity and weather conditions.
