Pre galvanized steel round pipe is made of low carbon steel strip, roll formed and high frequency welded, with a complete zinc coating covered on the pipe surface in advance. It features round hollow structure, good anti-rust performance and smooth appearance, widely used for guardrail, greenhouse, steel structure and cable conduit.

Pre-galvanized pipe has thinner but uniform zinc layer, smoother surface and lower price, suitable for indoor and normal outdoor use. Hot dipped galvanized pipe has thicker zinc layer for stronger corrosion resistance, ideal for severe humid and coastal environments.

We provide complete outer diameters, wall thicknesses and standard lengths. Custom sizes, fixed lengths and special wall thickness can also be produced according to customer drawings and requirements.

Normally no need. The pre-galvanized surface is smooth and anti-rust enough for direct use. If you need darker color or higher anti-corrosion requirement, you can spray extra paint on the surface.
