It reports new products within the past year, one R&D engineer, three quality-control inspectors, 100% finished-product inspection, raw-material traceability, documented inspection procedures, and corrective-action and complaint-handling procedures. It has inventory capability and exports, but no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch. Offline trade-show participation and service quotation/payment options are documented. Financial evidence is incomplete and indicates zero stated profit figures, so financial credibility cannot be positively established. Production scale and customer-specific cases are not sufficiently documented.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly described as a professional technical supplier and has participated in the offline Expo Riva Schuh trade show. It also identifies Xiamen Port as its nearest service location, but reports no overseas service countries.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented customer-complaint handling and corrective/preventive-action procedures, plus inventory capability and stated service quotation and payment terms. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, which limits evidence of overseas after-sales infrastructure.
