AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryXiamen Daysun Industrial Co., Ltd. is a China-based trading company established in 2006, with 19 employees and a 560 m² manufacturing plant. It operates two production lines and reports backpack output of 3.6 million pieces, with stated one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons. The supplier exports 90% of total sales and has 18 years of exporting experience, serving Europe, Australia, and North America. It holds ISO9001:2015 management certification and reports CE and other product compliance certifications. Customization from samples and OEM services for popular brands are available, but no ODM, SDK, or new-product development was reported in the past year. Service-management documentation is weak: there are no written procedures or records for supplier assessment, corrective actions, or complaint handling. The supplier reports more than 100 customers with relationships exceeding 10 years, while no cooperation with Fortune 500 companies is reported.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a trading company, legally organized as a limited company in Xiamen, Fujian, China. Its profile also includes a manufacturing plant and production lines, indicating trading-company status with reported production operations.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO9001:2015 management-system certification and CE plus other product compliance certifications. It also states that its materials can meet EU and US standards and pass customer-requested testing, although the specific scope of the additional certifications is not provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for effective customer-complaint handling, and no documented corrective and preventive action mechanism for service capability. This is explicit evidence of a deficiency in formal after-sales service controls.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products in the past year, does not provide ODM services, and has no available SDK. These statements directly indicate limited demonstrated innovation and product-development capability, despite offering OEM services for popular brands.

Production capacityThe supplier reports a 560 m² manufacturing plant, two production lines, and backpack output of 3.6 million pieces, with one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons. These stated production resources and delivery figures provide explicit evidence of production capability, although the available data does not detail capacity for every listed product category.

Customization capabilityCustomization from samples is available, and the supplier reports OEM capability for popular brands. However, it explicitly does not provide ODM services, so the evidence supports sample-based and OEM customization rather than full product-development customization.

Client casesThe supplier reports more than 100 customers with cooperation lasting over 10 years and states that it has been praised by many customers. It also reports no cooperation with Fortune 500 companies, so the long-term customer base is supported, but high-profile corporate cases are not demonstrated.
