Q:What substrate can your epoxy colored sand be applied on?
A:
It works best on solid, clean and dry concrete floors. It can also be applied over tiles after surface sanding to improve adhesion.
This is a self-leveling product, designed only for horizontal floors. It CANNOT be used on vertical walls, as the material will sag and run down under gravity.
Q:Can I get samples for testing?
A:
Yes. We can provide color charts and small test samples. The sample cost is low, and the courier freight shall be borne by the buyer.
Q:Do you provide technical support and construction guidance?
A:
Yes. We provide TDS technical data sheets, MSDS safety data sheets, color charts and construction videos.
Q:Will the finished floor produce odor during and after construction?
A:
Our product has low VOC. There will be slight smell during construction, which will fade completely after full curing.
Q:What is the shelf life of your epoxy colored sand?
A:
Unopened original storage shelf life is 12 months, store in cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
