Q:What substrate can your epoxy colored sand be applied on?

It works best on solid, clean and dry concrete floors. It can also be applied over tiles after surface sanding to improve adhesion. This is a self-leveling product, designed only for horizontal floors. It CANNOT be used on vertical walls, as the material will sag and run down under gravity.

Q:Can I get samples for testing?

Yes. We can provide color charts and small test samples. The sample cost is low, and the courier freight shall be borne by the buyer.

Q:Do you provide technical support and construction guidance?

Yes. We provide TDS technical data sheets, MSDS safety data sheets, color charts and construction videos.

Q:Will the finished floor produce odor during and after construction?

Our product has low VOC. There will be slight smell during construction, which will fade completely after full curing.

Q:What is the shelf life of your epoxy colored sand?

Unopened original storage shelf life is 12 months, store in cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
