Q:What is the MOQ? Is single spare part order acceptable?

MOQ for complete valves is 1 set. All positioners, actuators, seals and repair kits support single-piece MRO orders with no MOQ limit.

Q:What is the product warranty period and coverage?

Standard warranty is 12 months after shipment, covering material and manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper installation, private modification and abnormal working conditions is excluded.
