Q:What documents are required for Masoneilan quotation?

Please provide complete model number, part number and clear nameplate photos. Also offer full process parameters: valve size, pressure class, medium, working temperature, pressure drop, control signal, explosion-proof & protection grade, and accessory list. P&ID drawing is preferred for critical working conditions.
Q:Can you support model selection only with process data?
A:
Yes. Our professional engineers provide free sizing service for all Masoneilan products based on on-site working conditions and control requirements, including positioners, actuators and accessories matching.
Q:What is Cv value and why is it critical for valve sizing?
A:
Cv value is the core flow coefficient that determines valve flow capacity. Incorrect Cv sizing will cause valve oscillation, poor control accuracy, insufficient flow, excessive pressure drop and high operation noise.
Q:What is the MOQ? Is single spare part order acceptable?
A:
MOQ for complete valves is 1 set. All positioners, actuators, seals and repair kits support single-piece MRO orders with no MOQ limit.
