AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a small, Xiamen-based limited trading company in the manufacturing-related sector, offering labeling, color boxes, and paper printing. It reports professional technical, 3D design, ODM, OEM, and flexible customization capabilities, but no new products in the past year and no SDK availability. Production-related evidence includes combined printing and die-cutting facilities, three quality inspectors, finished-product checks by packing staff, and nine years of export experience. However, the supplier has no written procedures or records for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, complaint handling, or approved-service-supplier management, and explicitly lacks quality assurance. It has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show participation. Financial evidence is limited to year labels without substantive performance data. Customer-related evidence is insufficient to verify specific cases.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company and trading company located in Jimei District, Xiamen, with a combined company type. Its stated products are labeling, color boxes, and paper printing, while its business scope includes packaging decoration, printing, and wholesale activities.

CertificationsThe provided information explicitly states that the supplier has no quality assurance in its quality control processes. No specific external certifications or certification documents are provided, so certification coverage cannot otherwise be verified.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no written procedures or records for customer complaint handling, service assessment, or corrective and preventive actions. It also has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch; although stated lead times are within 15 working days in both seasons, the documented after-sales process is inadequate.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports professional technical R&D capability, 3D software design services, flexible customization, and ODM services. However, it had no new products in the past year and has no available SDK, indicating capability in design and customization but limited evidence of recent product innovation.

Production capacityEvidence includes printing and die-cutting facilities, three quality assurance and quality control inspectors, finished-product checks by packing staff, packaging and printing business scope, and nine years of export experience. The supplier also states peak- and off-season lead times within 15 working days, although the broader manufacturing scale is limited by its 15 employees and combined trading-company profile.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides flexible customization, 3D software design services, ODM services, and OEM services for popular brands. These statements directly support its ability to undertake customized packaging and printing-related work.
