Q:How long is the warranty period?

The whole machine has a 1-year warranty. During the warranty period, new parts will be sent to you for free to replace any broken ones.

Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, or 100% L/C at sight. For T/T, 30% is required as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
