A: Use high-quality gear oil ISO VG 320 or VG 460. Always check the oil level through the sight glass between MIN and MAX marks.
Q:Q2: How often should I change the oil?
A:
A: Replace the oil every 3 months under normal operation. If the oil sample shows contamination (water, metal particles, or viscosity change), change it earlier.
Q:Q3: How do I adjust the excitation force / amplitude?
A:
A: Stop the exciter, loosen the locking bolts, rotate the eccentric blocks symmetrically on both shafts to the desired angle, re-tighten, and rest
Q:Q4: Why is my exciter making abnormal noise or excessive vibration?
A:
A: Common causes: loose foundation bolts, unbalanced eccentric blocks, worn bearings, or foreign objects inside. Stop, inspect, retighten bolts, re-balance blocks, or replace bearings as needed.
