Normal screens vibrate entirely with leaky flexible joints. Composite frequency screen keeps the box static; only screen panels vibrate. Rigid sealing, less dust and lower power for steel ultra-low emission upgrade.

Static rigid sealing with dust outlet, works with negative pressure dust collection, suitable for environmental inspection.
Q:Does it block with sticky wet sinter ore?
A:
Each deck can adjust frequency & amplitude. Self-cleaning comb tooth panels are optional. Tell us material moisture for proper selection.
Q:What is the screening efficiency and available screen panel types?
A:
85%~92% normally. Bar, comb tooth, PU, manganese steel panels available with quick modular replacement.
Q:Does it need heavy reinforced foundation?
A:
Low dynamic load. Most revamping projects reuse original foundation to save civil cost.
