We provide a one-year warranty. From the 1st to 3rd month, we cover free parts and shipping. From the 4th to 12th month, parts are free but you pay shipping. After 13 months, you pay for both parts and shipping. We also offer lifetime online service.

Q:How do you handle machine failures or defects?

You can contact us immediately for a video meeting where our engineer will guide you to fix it. If parts are defective, we can send replacements based on the warranty terms. We also supply usual spare parts with the machine for immediate changes.

Q:What maintenance is required for the machine?

You must check water daily and remove waste water. Use pure water and 1.5mm-2.5mm sugar. Clean the burner cover if you see sugar silk nets or dirt. Do not change machine parameters as it causes trouble.

Q:Can the machine be used outdoors?

Yes, the machine can be placed outside, but it requires a roof to protect it from rain and direct sunlight as it is electric.
