Q:How long does it take to clean a helmet or produce a candy?

Usually, making one candy takes 3-15 minutes, depending on the color and shape. The first candy takes longer due to pre-heating. The production rate can be increased if the system is upgraded.

Q:What are the maintenance requirements for the machine?

Water needs to be checked and waste water removed every day. Pure water must be used. Sugar size should be 1.5mm-2.5mm. The burner should be cleaned if sugar silk nets form underneath. Do not change machine parameters.
