We provide a one-year warranty. From the 1st to 3rd month, we supply free parts and shipping. From the 4th to 12th month, parts are free but shipping is paid. After 13 months, both parts and shipping are paid. We also offer lifetime online service.

Q:How do you handle machine failures or defects?

You can contact us for a video meeting or send a video of the issue. Our engineer will guide you to fix it. If parts are defective, we send replacements based on the warranty period.

Q:Can the machine be connected to the internet for remote control?

The machine supports Wi-Fi connection and allows you to view sales data, stock levels, and daily/weekly/monthly production stats via an app. However, remote control of the machine is not currently supported.
