Q:What are the maintenance requirements?

Check and remove waste water daily. Use pure water and 1.5mm-2.5mm sugar. Clean the burner cover if sugar silk nets form. Do not change machine parameters.

Q:Can the machine be used outdoors?

Yes, it can be placed outside, but it requires a roof to protect it from direct rain and sunlight as it is electric.

Q:Does the machine support remote control?

The machine connects to WIFI and allows data monitoring via APP (sales, stock). However, remote control of the machine is not currently supported.
