The seven column frame with articulated middle sections allows the structure to bend, fold or pivot at each link, adapting to curved or moving machine covers.
Each column contains a chain like segment built from overlapping galvanized steel plates joined by large rivets, giving smooth hinging action with high strength.
The welded black steel base bar with mounting holes and the top connecting strap hold the seven columns in alignment while the links move freely.
The riveted steel links are welded to the upper and lower tube sections, creating a permanent one piece assembly that keeps every column synchronized during folding.
The combination of painted black frame and natural silver links resists corrosion and gives a durable industrial look for machine guards, gates and protective covers.
