Two heavy-duty black metal brackets are supplied as a set, each combining a long triangular base plate with layered pivoting arms above.
The base plates are pierced with a row of pre-drilled mounting holes along the lower flange and the sides for secure fixing.
Riveted pivot points connect the moving plates to the base, letting the upper assembly swing smoothly as the mechanism is folded.
A visible coil spring sits inside the mechanism to supply tension to the moving linkage during folding and unfolding.
An upward-facing C-shaped hook at the end of one arm provides a catch point that engages with a matching part on the furniture frame.
